My Approach to Counselling

As an advanced practitioner with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), I use a humanistic, person-centred approach in my practice. This means I focus on you as an individual and work collaboratively to understand your unique experiences and challenges. NDIS-Funded Counselling Services

As a registered NDIS provider, I offer counselling services to NDIS participants under the Improved Daily Living Therapy line item. My goal is to support individuals with disabilities in improving their emotional well-being and daily functioning. Counselling can be an essential part of your NDIS plan, helping you address mental health concerns, cope with life’s challenges, and build greater resilience.

Private Counselling Services

For individuals not covered by the NDIS, I also offer private counselling sessions tailored to your needs. While private counselling is not eligible for Medicare rebates, I am committed to providing a flexible and accessible service to support your mental health and emotional well-being.
